At Bridal Show Admission, we understand that wedding plans can change, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy for tickets canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. Please note that once an event has commenced, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled bridal show date to qualify for a full return of the admission price.

  Submit Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for cancellation to initiate the automated refund process.

• 3.
  Processing Period

  Once your request is received, our team will void your digital ticket and process the credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• 4.
  Confirmation

  You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete; please retain this for your records as your ticket will no longer be valid for entry.
